Former VP Legal & International Business at MedReleaf (TSX:LEAF) Mike is an experienced international business development executive, entrepreneur and commercial lawyer with a proven track record advising rapidly scaling companies around the world. Advisor to several ventures across the global cannabis industry. In addition to Loosh, serves on the Board of Directors of pioneering California retailer Harborisde Inc. (CSE:HBOR), and the Advisory Board of Kanabo Research (LSE: KNB), an Israeli medical cannabis vaporization company.
Specializing in Cannabis molecular sciences, Donald has extensive knowledge in the primary, secondary and tertiary cannabinoid systems. Donald’s expertise is key in advancing innovation and the future of the cannabis industry in general.
Prior to establishing Loosh Brands, Ilya spent the last 17 years as a senior executive at one of the largest commercial bakery manufacturing companies in North America. Ilya’s roles have established him as a food industry top preforming professional with sales, marketing and manufacturing experience spanning over 25 years.
